• Q.    When do I receive my Pass?

  • If you purchase your pass online, you can pick up your passes in the school office.
  • Spirit Passes will be available to purchase at the Back-to-School Open Houses.
  • If you purchase a pass after school begins, it will be sent home with your oldest enrolled student within 2-3 school days.

• Q.    Who does the Family Pass cover?

  The Family Pass includes admission for all members of your immediate household—whether you have one child or eight, the price is the same.
  
  You'll indicate your household size when purchasing, and we’ll provide a pass for each family member.
  
  Extended family members (such as grandparents or cousins) are not included and must purchase their own pass or pay the ticket/gate fee.

     How do I use my Game Pass?

  • Present your pass at the gate for free admission to all home athletic events.
  • No tickets or online reservations are needed—just show your pass for entry.

• Q.

     How do I use my Theater Pass?

  • Present your pass at the door for free admission to all HCA fine arts productions.
  • Passholders may attend multiple performances of the same production—there is no limit on how many showtimes you may attend. But Spirit Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individuals listed on the pass.
  • Get there early! Theater Pass holders also receive early seating access before general admission.

• Q.    Can I share my pass with extended family or friends?

  No. Spirit Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individuals listed on the pass.

• Q.    Where do the proceeds from Spirit Passes go?

  Proceeds from each Spirit Pass purchase go directly to support the program it represents:

  • Game Pass purchases benefit HCA Athletics.
  • Theater Pass purchases benefit HCA Fine Arts.

  This allows your investment to go straight to the students and experiences you care about most.

• Q.    What if I want the corporate sponsorships
     that were included with the old Booster
     Club membership model?

  In the past, Booster Club memberships combined several things into one--volunteering, event passes, and access to corporate sponsorship opportunities. This often created confusion about what was required, what was included, and how to participate.
  
  To simplify things, we've separated those components:
  

  1. Booster Clubs are volunteer groups that support student experiences in Athletics, Fine Arts, and STEM. Families can choose to get involved, but there is no cost to join or pass included.
  2. Spirit Passes are a standalone fundraiser that provides admission to HCA events and directly supports either Fine Arts or Athletics. It's optional, open to all families, and does not require volunteering.
  3. Corporate Sponsorships are offered separately through our Development Office and offer businesses the opportunity to support HCA with recognition throughout the year. Corporate sponsors play a vital role by supporting the Annual Fund, providing essential resources that enrich the student experience and support all of our programs.

  This new structure enables families to engage in a way that works best for them, whether that involves volunteering, attending events, or giving financially, without confusion or overlapping commitments.
