I am delighted you have chosen to visit us here at the high school division of Heritage Christian Academy. We are excited about what God is doing Heritage and would love to have the opportunity to serve your family.
At the high school level, we seek to build on the foundations laid by godly Christian parents, quality evangelical churches, and an exemplary elementary and Junior high educational experience to train servant leaders for today as well as for the future. We believe these servant leaders are best developed in the context of a transformed life and a renewed mind(Romans 12:2). We seek to train our students’ minds by offering them a rigorous, high-quality college preparatory curriculum taught by godly teachers. This curriculum includes a variety of honors, AP, and dual credit courses in addition to a standard track. But a truly renewed mind can only be trained in the context of a thoroughly Christian worldview. We seek to help students develop this Christian worldview both in the regular classroom as well as in specialized training in worldview classes and seminars and in a variety of practical leadership opportunities. Statistics repeatedly show that less than 10% of the Christian population has a truly Christian worldview—we strive to alter that statistic for HCA graduates.
