After School Program
HCA offers an after-school program, with the goal of providing a safe place for Heritage students who need care between 3:30 and 5:30 PM.
Each day of the After-School program, will include:
- recreation time
- snack time
- homework time
- silent reading time
Occasional enrichment may be provided.

Enrollment
If you are interested in having your child attend the Heritage After School program, please contact the office. Our After School Director will send an enrollment form and reservation calendar for one month in advance. Return the forms with your pre-payment to the Director. Once you enroll, you will continue to receive reservation forms every month throughout the school year.
Fee Schedule
The Heritage After-School program is from 3:30-5:30 PM each full school day.
- Students enrolled for the full week (Monday-Friday) will be charged $10/day ($50/week) per student.
- Students enrolled for a partial week will be charged $15/day per student.
- Students who are not pre-enrolled may still stay but will be charged $25/day per student. Parents are expected to phone the Program Director by 3:00 PM if they wish their child to stay that day.
Pick-Up
Parents should walk in to pick up their children before 5:30. Late pick-ups will be charged $20/hour, with a minimum charge of $10.
Students who are not picked up after school by 3:45 PM will be sent to the After-School program and parents will be charged accordingly. Late after-school pick-ups must walk in to pick them up and will be charged accordingly. At 3:45 PM, charges begin at $20/hour.
